Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Blepharoplasty can eliminate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin, and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or more commonly to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision, in which case the procedure is covered by most insurances. The procedure is performed under sedation in our New York State licensed and AAAHC accredited on-site, in-office ambulatory surgery center by Dr. Siedlecki.
